Skip’s Fish Fry is Oswego’s only authentic New England style fish fry. As a small local and family owned business, their main focus is to bring freshly sourced seafood from the wharfs of Boston. Skip’s proudly offers fresh haddock, scallops, shrimp and a host of other salt-water treasures that you will be sure to fall in love with. Owned and operated by local native, Shawn Cathcart, Skip’s Fish Fry is based in the port city of Oswego New York.
